Spray tower

The tower body, nozzle, spray pipe, etc. are composed to simulate the salt spray corrosion conditions in the natural environment. 

The nozzle is made of quartz and other corrosion-resistant materials, which is not easy to clog and spray evenly.

Salt water tank

Store the prepared brine solution, and there is a bubble device in the pipeline to ensure the uniform pH of the brine, which is more conducive to the salt spray test.

Intelligent control

Users can set the salt spray test program, adjust the test parameters, etc. on the touchscreen controller. Multiple languages are available. Data supports USB connection and export, and the device can also be remotely controlled via a PC.

Salt

High-purity sodium chloride. The salt is dissolved in distilled water to prepare a salt solution of standard concentration (usually 5%), which simulates the corrosive factors in the natural environment such as sea breeze, seawater or industrial atmosphere.
