ASTM B117 Salt Spray Environmental Test Chamber

1. Chamber body

Upgraded FRP material, one molding, good sealing, can prevent salt spray leakage.

The interior space can be designed in different sizes according to different needs.

2. Workroom

• The salt spray collector measures the amount of salt spray settling.

• The sample holder is made of corrosion-resistant materials, and the design of round rods and V-shaped slots allows the sample angle to be adjusted.

3. Spray tower

The spray tower and nozzle constitute the spray system and other components. The spray tower atomizes the salt solution evenly. Quartz nozzle is corrosion resistant and easy to clean.

4. Heating system

Equipped with heating device and temperature sensor to control temperature. The combination of the two makes the temperature in the chamber stable at 35±2℃.

5. Control system

• Control system has the functions of environmental parameter adjustment, data recording and storage, safety protection, etc.

• Multiple languages are available and the operation page can be upgraded.  

6. Salt solution tank

Store a certain amount of salt solution, the concentration is 5%±1%, the brine PH is stable.

7. Saturated barrel

The air entering the test chamber is heated and humidified to avoid the change of air temperature and humidity affecting the state of salt spray and test results.

8. Air source

The air compressor provides the pressure air needed for the spray system.
